In the Serrone of the Villa Reale of Monza, on show 30 works of the major italian sculptors of the season going from the aftermath of the II World War and the mid-Sixties: Fontana, Somaini, Melotti, Cascella, Consagra, GiĆ² e Arnaldo Pomodoro, Colla, Viani, Mastroianni, Basaldella, Minguzzi, Cappello, Milani e Leoncillo. The works mostly belong to Pietro Rossini Foundation (Briosco).

Somaini is represented by Verticale III. Assalonne, 1959-60, pewter.

The exhibition, curated by Marco Meneguzzo, will be open to the public from 10 june until 18 july 2014.
