The Triennale of Milan hosts an exhibition that recalls an important artistic season of Francesco Somaini, focusing on his activity in the United States.
The exhibition, curated by Enrico Crispolti and Luisa Somaini, organised by Francesco Somaini Archive in partnership with the Triennale of Milan, analyses through 16 sculptures, 15 drawings and 14 photomontages, coming from the Francesco Somaini Archive collection and some Italian private collections, the relationship between art and architecture in the modern metropolis. A big monumental sculpture will be placed in front of the main entrance of the museum, while a  design prototype, realized in 1968 with the architect Ico Parisi, will be exposed in the Triennale.
